A Life Shaped by Challenges

I decided to follow his advice by giving God two weeks to reveal His presence while I committed to reading the Bible and engaging in Christian practices. This marked the beginning of my personal quest for a deeper connection with God, leading me to experience His love on a personal level, not just through the faith of my grandparents or mother.

As I continued to battle with acceptance, identity, and purpose, I gradually came to understand that these struggles were not meant to destroy me but to build resilience and faith. It took years to appreciate that the trials were fortifying and preparing me for my divine calling. By my mid-twenties, I realised that I was on earth for a special reason and needed to seek and live out my purpose.

I learned the importance of being who God created me to be without trying to  imitate others. True peace and contentment come from embracing my unique identity and following God’s plan for my life. My relationship with God became my highest priority and I was intentional in my spiritual disciplines to deepen this connection.

In 2000, I founded Eagles Wings Ministry, reflecting my commitment to inspiring others through preaching, teaching, singing, writing, counselling and mentoring. My goal is to encourage and uplift those around me, empowering them to overcome obstacles and embrace their God-given calling.
